I am a Mexican-Ecuadorian who loves explore and wants to try to do bit of everything. As figuring out what subculture to explore I wanted to do something relating to my community. At this time I am very much into the food and culture of the Latino community, heading into this direction I wanted to do about the latino restaurant but finally decided upon Latino cafes. For this course, I dive into exploring and getting to know more about cafe culture and the impact on the Latino community on a positive way such as producing organic drinks and showing a part of their culture/stories.
